As the sole, exclusive and legal owner of all intellectual property associated with the Recard brand, Toscotec now manages the complete portfolio of technologies developed by the former company. This includes technical know-how, engineering documentation, patents, trademarks, industrial designs and all other intangible assets related to Recard’s tissue converting technologies.
The company confirms that all after-sales activities for existing Recard installations are now handled directly by Toscotec’s After Sales Department, ensuring customers continue to receive original OEM support throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment.
By supplying genuine spare parts and providing technical assistance based on the original machine designs, Toscotec aims to maximize equipment reliability, operational efficiency and long-term performance, while guaranteeing full compatibility with installed Recard machinery.
