The Sofidel Group has once again been acknowledged by CDP – one of the world’s most prominent independent organizations for measuring and reporting environmental performance – for its achievements in climate action and supplier engagement on environmental matters. In the area of climate, Sofidel received an A- rating, placing the Group above the European average (C) and in line with the sector benchmark (A-).
Furthermore, Sofidel was included in the Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) A-list compiled by CDP, which highlights companies demonstrating a strong commitment to tackling climate change throughout their supply chains.
“These results reflect our strong commitment to supporting the ecological transition – a goal that is increasingly challenging and for which collaboration across the entire supply chain is essential,” stated Riccardo Balducci, Sustainability Director of the Sofidel Group.
In 2024, CDP assessed more than 22,700 companies worldwide, underscoring the significance of Sofidel’s performance within an extensive global evaluation framework.
