Revolutionize your warehouse with Infinity warehouse automation

Various demographic changes throughout the world have led to the demand for laborers quickly outgrowing the pool of available laborers. With the global population aging and birth rates in numerous countries falling, it is likely that the current global labor shortage will continue to grow in severity. With labor shortages becoming commonplace in many countries, corporations throughout the world have increasingly turned to automation to bridge the widening labor gap.

Warehouses have become a chief target in the push for Industry 4.0 adoption as they are uniquely compatible for widespread automation. They offer a controlled environment with multiple repetitive tasks that all must be in sync with one another to achieve efficient and safe operation. Infinity Machine & Engineering Corp. has been developing automated solutions for tissue packaging throughout its twenty-year history. Driven by customer need, Infinity has continued to explore how to further streamline the customer experience. This has led to Infinity expanding beyond tissue packing and into warehouse automation.
INFINITY warehouse automation is comprised of three distinct product lines, palletizers, pallet conveyor and Automated Guided Vehicles.

All these product lines are designed to work seamlessly with Infinity’s existing catalog of machinery. Infinity palletizers are made up of modular sections that can be arranged into countless different layouts to accommodate production requirements as well as facility limitations. Fully servo, fully automatic stretch wrapping is available on Infinity palletizers, as is integrated labeling, and slip sheet placement. The palletizers also feature vacuum or servo gripper end effectors and are capable of stacking cases, bundles and DRP. Similar to Infinity palletizers, Infinity pallet conveyor systems are also built to the needs of the customer, with modular units such as pallet dispensing units, pallet squaring units and rotating transfer conveyors. Infinity pallet conveyor also features robust rollers and backstops designed for interactions with forklifts. The seven self-driving robots designed by Infinity are built to handle unique applications that cover a wide spectrum of warehouse operations. Infinity AGVs have the versatility to seamlessly operate in a variety of sectors such as tissue, as well as food and beverage.

Infinity engineers prioritized operator convenience and safety in the design of our palletizers. Multiple safety zones separated by access gates allow for safe, up-close monitoring of production.

FETCH is a small Autonomous Mobile Robot that can be equipped with multiple different attachments to handle a variety of load types. It can be equipped with a case conveyor, lifting mechanism or robotic arm. Infinity’s roster of AGVs feature two vehicles designed for parent roll transport, a counterbalanced vehicle with a fully articulated clamp arm that boasts a 3,900kg lifting capacity and a cradle vehicle with a built-in conveyor, capable of hauling 4,500 kg.

The remaining AGVs on Infinity’s roster are different variations of autonomous forklifts. Two standard counterbalanced forklifts, a narrower model with a 1,600kg lift capacity, and a single-double variant capable of lifting two pallets at once with a 2,500kg lift capacity. Infinity also offers a nimble outrigger model with a small turning radius and a 2,500kg lift capacity, as well as a design built specifically for over the road trailer loading and unloading with a 2,200 kg lift capacity. Infinity’s expansion into warehouse automation will now allow Infinity customers to have their entire packaging, end of line and warehouse operations completed by integrated machinery from a single supplier.

Each line of Infinity pallet conveyor can be customized to the unique requirements of our customer’s operations.
