With increased capacity, flexibility, and ability to handle rolls up to 280 mm in diameter at speeds of up to 65 packs per minute, the AL80 Maxi widens the scope of applications while ensuring precise, distribution-ready packaging.
Alongside these, the ECO WRAP 1050 and FAST WRAP 1250 bagging machines complete the offer, addressing different speed and format requirements.

MICROLINE is a manufacturer of automatic machinery: wrappers, bundlers, conveyors, case packers and palletisers for the TISSUE industry like AFH rolls and FOLDED products (napkins, tissues, facial tissue in box, handtowel or toilet interfolded products).
- Wrapper mod. AL 80 for AFH rolls, able to handle single, double or triple collations, using centerfolded reel film (without trim of film), with (glueless) label insertion inside the package or with print centring film system.
- Fast Wrap 1250 continuous-motion flow wrapper for AFH paper rolls: designed to arrange, collate and bag an extensive size range, packing 25 bags per minute without compromising the eventual quality of the products contained therein and the packaging’s appearance.
