Customised solutions and strategic collaboration
SABA Automation has specialised in palletising systems and the handling of products exiting packaging machines, taking care of the entire end-of-line process up to the warehouse. Our team handles all stages in-house, from design and mechanical construction to assembly and software development. We work side-by-side with leading industrial robotics manufacturers, including KUKA, of which we are an official system partner, ABB and COMAU, for the integration of high-performance robotic units in our systems. In addition to these systems, we develop and produce in-house Cartesian palletising robots, perfect for simple, efficient and cost-effective solutions. In particular, we have presented a new range of Cartesian robots for palletising boxes containing folded products, BD14 and BDEASY. Thanks to our design flexibility, we are able to build customised systems for any requirement in the field of industrial automation, providing cutting-edge solutions to optimise production processes.

During over 20 years of activity, at SABA we have earned the trust of leading Italian and international tissue production companies, consolidating our presence in the market. Today, the paper sector accounts for around 70% of our turnover, a figure that demonstrates the leading role we have acquired thanks to our ability to supply reliable, high-performance and customised equipment. Each project is developed with a result-oriented approach, with the aim of ensuring maximum efficiency, reduced operating costs and a high level of automation.
