Is EilReplus a new brand? No, it is the natural evolution of the project that began five years ago with the creation of replustissue, specialising in high-tech mechanical and plant solutions alongside Eil, which focused on automation, electrifications and air systems.
A perfect synergy between the two teams has now culminated in their unification under a single name: EilReplus, a synthesis of expertise, tailor-made engineering capabilities and a renowned commitment to close collaboration with clients; a unique soft skill in the landscape of tissue paper machinery manufacturers.

The people at EilReplus are the differentiating factor: their deep understanding of the market
and industry trends has given them a clear perspective on the challenges increasingly affecting tissue paper producers.
Among these, the lack of flexibility and proximity to customers from major players designing and developing tissue production plants stood out.
“We were founded with a clear mission: to ensure quality and performance by starting from our customers’ needs and operating conditions, always putting the client at the centre of our processes and design approach, supporting them at every stage of their investment” – says Andrea Poleschi, Sales Manager of EilReplus.

Every future begins with our experiences

In early 2024, EilReplus achieved a key milestone with the successful installation and start-up of a complete plant in Lima, Peru. The machine, capable of producing 130 tonnes/day and operating at over 2,050 m/min, is an outstanding achievement – not only because the plant reached and exceeded the guaranteed performance just a few weeks after start-up – but also because it represents the achievement of a strategic vision: delivering excellence always adapting to existing demands and infrastructures. This mean working within pre-existing physical spaces, integrating into established factories and as usual adapting to the specific requirements set by the client – this time the peruvian group Papelera Reyes.
“Papelera Reyes has reaffirmed their trust in us, commissioning an identical second plant, following the success of the first” – adds Rony Michelini, Technical Manager of EilReplus.
The turnkey plant includes a Crescent Former machine with a double press configuration, a 15ft steel Yankee dryer and Duosystem Yankee hood. The installation is completed with the innovative ReEnergy+ system, featuring a gas turbine and a heat recovery boiler fully integrated into the air system. All auxiliary systems – including electrification, DCS automation and control systems – were developed in synergy with the mechanical, plant and air system, ensuring optimal integration and efficiency. As with the first plant, the entire project was engineered in-house at EilReplus, combining the expertise and technical know-how of its engineers and specialists. This high-performance setup has delivered exceptional results, producing a fully customised plant that is self-sufficient in terms of electricity. The only required energy source is standard natural gas supply.

  • Stock preparation for virgin fibre designed to run 100% short fiber.
  • Compact approach flow system.
  • Short water system.
  • Crescent Former machine
    • Net sheet width at reel: 2750 mm
    • Max. operating speed: 2050 m/min
    • Max drying capacity: 130 t/day
    • Wire section with 5 rolls
    • Double press rolls configuration
    • Yankee dryer: 15 ft – steel
  • Hood with ReEnergy+ system
    • a gas turbine generate the electrical energy for the plant and its exhaust fumes feed the hood and a recovery boiler. This means that there is only one source (the natural gas) that produces 100% of the electrical and thermal energy required by the plant. The system is very efficient and dramatically reduces the pollution in the atmosphere.
  • Vacuum system with turbo-blower technology.

EilReplus’ innovation model and results stem from continuous engagement with its clients. “We firmly believe that only through close collaboration can we fully understand requirements, even the less obvious ones. This synergy fosters an ongoing dialogue, leading to tangible benefits – measurable results, trust and operational satisfaction through the technological solutions we design for our customers. We have proven our mission: to build excellence upon existing foundations. This achievement is the direct result of our philosophy of unity” – concludes Rudy Michelini, Marketing Manager of EilReplus. Meeting EilReplus, one immediately senses the genuine enthusiasm of a team bringing a fresh yet highly solid approach to the sector. A blend of human-centred tradition and engineering innovation leads to exceptional results and client satisfaction. Because innovation must serve the customer, never be an end in itself.
